Life's a Circus

I got to chaperone ME's first date to the circus Dec. 4th. We went with Kade and his mom, Marissa. I'm sad to say that it wasn't like the old traditional circus...it seemed more like a toned down Cirque de Soleil act. What happened to the 50 clowns crawling out of a VW? Instead, we saw a hiphop clown dancing with an ipod. However, we did see two girls swing and hang by nothing but their hair! Ouch! And we did see a few animal acts. I think the kids enjoyed the elephants the most.

At least they had fun!
