Cousin Thomas is here!

We are so excited to welcome Thomas Calloway (sp?) Cornelius to the Dees family. Drew's cousin, Renee, delivered a healthy 10 lb. 14 oz., 21 1/2 in. baby boy Saturday morning at 10:10 am. Renee is truly my hero because not only did she deliver this one naturally, but she also delivered his big brother, Will, almost 3 years ago at 10 lb. 7 oz. All I can say is "WOW" and I'm not sure if I can handle that if those sizes run in the Dees blood. But doesn't Drew look like a natural with a baby? ;)

My friend, Jennifer, got married a few weeks ago in Jamaica (luckily before the hurricane was a'comin'). We got to celebrate at her reception in Little Rock last weekend. Obviously, it was fun by my parents facial expressions. CONGRATULATIONS Tod and Jennifer! We're so happy for you guys!!!

Finally, after a hot, hot, hot, hot summer in Arkansas (and in my house), Drew and I have air conditioning again!!!!!! I am so excited about this "milestone" that I had to post this. I was really getting sad on Sunday when I lost my ankles in the heat...but they have reappeared. Hopefully, that will be the last time I swell up for a while. :)

I have to send out a couple of CONGRATS!!!

The first is to one of my oldest friends, Kathryn, who got married last weekend (Aug. 4). She looked gorgeous and we had such a great time. Thank you, "Katie", for letting me be a part of this happy time in your life. We wish you and Brad a lifetime of happiness together!

The second is to my friends Anna Carol and Jarrod. For those of you that were wondering who my other preggie friend was...her secret is officially out so I can tell everyone! We're excited

that Little Bit is going to have a playmate so close in age! We know that Anna Carol and Jarrod are going to be great parents and we can't wait for early March.

Drew and I went to San Antonio last week for a business trip with his work. We had lots of fun (including all of the walking we did on the River Walk). We were lucky enough to go watch the Dallas Cowboys Training Camp at the Alamodome and met Jerry Jones. While we were there, we got to get autographs and take pictures. It was pretty awesome!
